Please arrive no later than 4:00 pm in the parking lot at Rocky Hill Ball Park, 7633 Alki Road, Knoxville, TN  37919.

• Parking is available at Rocky Hill Elementary but is limited.
• No vehicles may be parked on Alki Lane.
• There is only a drop-off at the ball fields.

We ask that you check in immediately upon arrival at the Parade Check in Table at the entrance to the park where you will receive your parade lineup number. We will confirm your arrival and walk you to your staging area.

We will step off at 5:50 PM and proceed southbound on Morrell Road until we reach Northshore Drive. The Parade will head east (turn left) onto Northshore Drive and then march past The Rocky Hill Center and end at Rocky Hill Baptist Church.

Pick-up for participants, helpers, and anyone associated with the parade will be at Rocky Hill Baptist Church. Parking is limited and we must keep the parking lot free of vehicles because all floats, bands, marchers, etc. will ultimately be in that lot.

We strongly encourage every unit to light up your entry and play music. Lights and music are key for a successful evening parade. We require that any child under the age of 8 have an adult accompany them to ensure the safety and enjoyment of each participant.

Maintain a distance of one car length between you and the unit in front of you.

Absolutely no alcohol allowed on floats!

REMINDER: No candy, fliers, or items of any kind may be thrown along the parade route due to safety concerns. It is acceptable to hand out items but ABSOLUTELY NO THROWING!

The parade will go on in the event of rain. Be prepared!
